→ For Serving

09 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
10 - Celery sticks
11 - Carrot sticks

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and chop cauliflower into 1-inch florets. Ensure all florets are approximately the same size for even cooking. Pat dry thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
03 - Preheat air fryer if required by your model. Place coated cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook in batches if necessary to maintain single layer.
04 - Return cooked cauliflower to the same mixing bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the florets and gently toss until evenly coated.
05 - Return sauced cauliflower to air fryer in a single layer and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crisp, checking at the 5-minute mark to prevent burning.
06 - Arrange buffalo cauliflower on a serving platter with your preferred dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese) and accompanied by fresh celery and carrot sticks.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, ensure cauliflower florets are completely dry before coating with batter.
02 - Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to your preferred spice level.
