Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed

→ Marinade & Glaze

02 - 3 Tbsp. avocado or olive oil
03 - 2 Tbsp. honey, pure maple syrup, or brown sugar
04 - 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or gluten-free Tamari
05 - 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
07 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
08 - ½ tsp. curry powder
09 - ½ tsp. coriander
10 - 1 tsp. salt, to taste
11 - ¼ tsp. black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, minced garlic, curry powder, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.
02 - Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until completely coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
03 - Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for at least 3 minutes.
04 - Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 14-15 minutes, using tongs to flip the thighs halfway through cooking time. Brush any remaining marinade on top after flipping.
05 - Remove chicken from air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite sauce.

# Notes:

01 - You can marinate the chicken for up to one day before cooking for deeper flavor.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
03 - For freezing, cool completely, wrap tightly and store in a freezer bag for up to 4-5 months.
04 - To reheat, use a microwave or an air fryer set to 300°F (149°C) for about 5 minutes.
