Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Base

01 - Creamy peanut butter, 1 cup
02 - Granulated white sugar, 1 cup
03 - Large egg, 1

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the peanut butter, egg, and sugar in a medium sized mixing bowl until well blended.
02 - Line the bottom of your Air Fryer basket with parchment paper.
03 - Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the parchment paper. Create the classic peanut butter cookie pattern by pressing a fork into each cookie in a crisscross pattern.
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden brown.
05 - Let the cookies cool in the Air Fryer basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

# Notes:

01 - Allow cookies to cool completely in the Air Fryer basket before moving them
02 - Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days
03 - Best served with cold milk or ice cream
04 - Unused dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container
