Broccoli Cheese Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Steam broccoli florets until tender but still bright green.
03 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese with milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
04 - Gently toss the steamed broccoli with the cheese sauce until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to the cheese sauce.
