07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

# Instructions:

01 - Squeeze out excess moisture from the thawed hash browns using a clean kitchen towel. This ensures they will crisp up nicely when cooked.
02 - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Add the hash browns, spreading them evenly across the skillet. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the bottom.
03 - Once the underside is crispy, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to incorporate the seasoning without breaking up the hash browns too much.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium. Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly over the top of the hash browns, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
