# Ingredients:

01 - Granny Smith apples, 3 medium

02 - Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2½ cups
03 - Caramel bits, 11 oz (about 2 cups)

05 - Heavy whipping cream, ¼ cup
06 - Pecans, chopped, ½ cup

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
02 - Cut the apples into ½-inch thick wedges. Insert popsicle sticks firmly into one end of each slice.
03 - Mix chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
04 - Hold each apple slice by its stick and dip into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Let excess drip off before placing on the prepared sheet.
05 - Place the chocolate-covered slices in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15 minutes until set.
06 - Combine caramel bits and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Drizzle the warm caramel over each chocolate-covered apple slice, then quickly sprinkle with chopped pecans.
08 - Return to the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes to set the caramel before serving.
