Creamed Spinach with Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb fresh spinach
02 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 2 tbsp butter

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
02 - Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
