Creamed Spinach with Parmesan

# Ingredients:

1 lb fresh spinach

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter
# Instructions:

Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
