Combine potato gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.

Optionally, add half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the seasoned gnocchi and mix to distribute evenly.

Place the gnocchi in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

Cook gnocchi at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crisp.

If using, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the gnocchi during the final 2 minutes of cooking to allow melting and caramelisation.
