Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi Delights (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams potato gnocchi
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Ground black pepper to taste
08 - 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes while preparing other components.
02 - Combine potato gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Optionally, add half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the seasoned gnocchi and mix to distribute evenly.
04 - Place the gnocchi in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
05 - Cook gnocchi at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crisp.
06 - If using, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the gnocchi during the final 2 minutes of cooking to allow melting and caramelisation.
07 - Transfer cooked gnocchi to a serving plate and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket so the gnocchi can become evenly crisp without steaming.
