04 - 15 slices salami
05 - 15–17 slices pepperoni

→ Flavorings

06 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
11 - 1 egg, beaten

→ For Serving

12 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking and a golden crust.
02 - Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 14 inch rectangle. For easier handling, roll directly onto parchment paper.
03 - Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
04 - Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella over the dough, leaving a 1-2 inch border along one long edge and both short edges. Layer ham slices evenly, followed by another ½ cup mozzarella. Add salami and pepperoni layers, then top with remaining cheese.
05 - Brush beaten egg along the exposed edges of the dough. Starting from the long edge without egg wash, roll the stromboli tightly jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck the ends under.
06 - Combine remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush this mixture over the top of the stromboli. Make shallow diagonal cuts about 2 inches apart across the top using a serrated knife.
07 - Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and crisp.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the dough is at room temperature before rolling to prevent shrinking.
02 - The stromboli can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 4 hours before baking.
