# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large loaf French bread

→ Sauce & Seasonings

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Cheese & Toppings

07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
09 - 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
10 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
11 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create two long pieces. Place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
03 - Brush the cut sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
04 - Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce evenly on both bread halves.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and olives across the cheese layer.
07 - Place in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Slice into portions, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve hot.
