Easy Fried Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
04 - 2 large eggs, beaten
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until seasonings are evenly distributed.
02 - Arrange three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
03 - Portion approximately one tablespoon of the seasoned cheese mixture and shape into a small ball. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture.
04 - Roll each cheese ball first in flour to coat completely, then dip in beaten eggs allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
05 - In a deep skillet or pot, heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Oil is ready when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon inserted into it.
06 - Carefully lower several cheese bites into the hot oil, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain.
07 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pair with marinara or ranch dipping sauce if desired.
