Garlic Butter Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) mushrooms, cleaned
02 - 4 tbsp butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - Salt and pepper to taste
05 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
02 - Add cleaned mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they're browned and tender.
03 - Transfer mushrooms to a baking dish and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes to intensify flavors.
04 - Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

01 - These mushrooms make an excellent side dish or can be served as an appetizer.
