# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Dairy

01 - 450g ground beef
02 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 100g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 120g cream cheese, softened
06 - 25g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ Dough & Other

12 - 1 can (450g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
13 - 1 egg (for egg wash)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. You should have 8 pieces.
04 - Take one triangle of crescent roll dough and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to completely encase it, pinching the seams to seal. Repeat with the remaining triangles.
05 - Place the stuffed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the bombs for a golden finish.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

02 - You can substitute ground turkey for beef for a lighter version.
