# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

→ Spread

02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Lay out Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Spoon a generous portion of the garlic cream cheese mixture onto each cracker, spreading evenly while keeping it contained on the cracker surface.
05 - Top each cracker with a combination of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Lightly drizzle olive oil over the assembled crackers.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with additional chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve while still warm.
