Lay out Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon a generous portion of the garlic cream cheese mixture onto each cracker, spreading evenly while keeping it contained on the cracker surface.

Top each cracker with a combination of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Lightly drizzle olive oil over the assembled crackers.
