→ Ground Beef Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 1 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1 tsp dried oregano
08 - 1/2 cup tomato sauce

→ Assembly Components

09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 3 tbsp spicy mayo
11 - 1 cup fried rice
12 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
13 - 1 cup sour cream
14 - 1 cup tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir to combine. Pour in the tomato sauce, reduce heat, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
02 - Lay each flour tortilla flat. Spread 1 tablespoon spicy mayo down the center. Layer fried rice, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and tortilla chips. Top with seasoned ground beef.
03 - Fold in the sides and roll the burrito tightly. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. For extra crispiness, sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese blend on the skillet, then place the burrito seam-side down onto the cheese. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and golden brown.
