Heavenly Garlic Pizza Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 1 cup fresh garlic, minced (about 10-12 cloves)
02 - 1/2 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter

→ Seasonings

04 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Finishing Touches

08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and mince the fresh garlic cloves until you have about 1 cup of finely minced garlic.
02 - In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until completely liquid.
03 - Stir in the olive oil, blending it well with the melted butter.
04 - Add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté on low heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, ensuring the garlic does not brown.
05 - Sprinkle in the sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir well to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat to let the flavors meld.
06 - Remove the sauce from the heat. Add the lemon juice and stir to incorporate.
07 - Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the sauce for an aromatic finish.
08 - Allow the garlic sauce to cool before using it on pizza or storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

# Notes:

01 - This sauce works excellently as a base for white pizzas or as a flavorful alternative to traditional tomato-based sauces.
02 - For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of garlic to 1/2 cup.
