Herbed Couscous (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup couscous
02 - 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Flavor Enhancers

04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Bring vegetable broth to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.
02 - Remove saucepan from heat, stir in couscous and olive oil. Cover immediately and let stand for 5 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
03 - Fluff the couscous gently with a fork. Fold in chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice until evenly distributed.
