01 -
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes to soften the cabbage and infuse flavor.
02 -
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.
03 -
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Place slider buns on a baking sheet with cut sides facing up.
04 -
Spread a layer of the Dijon-mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
05 -
On each sauced bun, place a generous slice of corned beef, followed by a small portion of the marinated cabbage slaw. Top each with a quarter slice of Swiss cheese.
06 -
Place the top part of each slider bun over the cheese. Optionally brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
07 -
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and buns turn lightly golden.
08 -
Remove sliders from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with pickles or chips as an optional side.
