# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs chicken wings
02 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
03 - 2-3 habanero peppers, stemmed and chopped
04 - ¼ cup honey
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ For Serving

11 - Chopped cilantro, for garnish
12 - Lime wedges, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack over the foil for the wings to crisp up.
02 - In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mango, habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and well combined.
03 - Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels to help them crisp in the oven. Place them in a large bowl.
04 - Pour half of the mango-habanero glaze over the chicken wings, tossing them until evenly coated. Reserve the remaining glaze for later.
05 - Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
06 - In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings with the reserved glaze and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze and enhance flavor.
07 - Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the number of habanero peppers based on your heat tolerance.
02 - For extra crispy wings, you can pat them completely dry before coating with the glaze.
