Peas with Pancetta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g frozen peas
02 - 115g pancetta, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced pancetta and sauté until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
02 - Add frozen peas to the skillet with the crispy pancetta. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peas are heated through but still bright green.
03 - Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
