Crockpot Pumpkin Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef or turkey

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

04 - 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
05 - 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
06 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
07 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
08 - 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
09 - 2 cups beef or chicken broth

→ Spices

10 - 2 tablespoons chili powder
11 - 1 teaspoon cumin
12 - 1 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Toppings

15 - Sour cream for serving
16 - Shredded cheese for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
03 - Add pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
04 - Stir to combine, then cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
05 - Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and additional toppings of your choice.
