Quiche Stuffed Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bagel Base

01 - 4 plain bagels, sliced in half

→ Egg Mixture

02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Fillings

06 - 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
08 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
09 - 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

→ Serving

10 - Optional: ketchup for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Stir in the bacon, red onion, shredded cheese, and chives into the egg mixture.
04 - Place the bagel halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly onto each bagel half, filling the center and covering the bagel surface.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and lightly golden on top.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
08 - Serve warm with ketchup on the side for dipping.
