Spicy Roasted Chickpeas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
05 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

01 - For extra crispiness, pat chickpeas completely dry with paper towels before seasoning.
