# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
08 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
09 - 1/4 cup honey
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place a wire rack on top.
02 - In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Place seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking and crispiness.
04 - While wings are baking, combine BBQ sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
05 - Remove wings from oven when crispy. Toss or brush them thoroughly with the honey BBQ glaze until fully coated.
06 - Return glazed wings to the wire rack and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes at 200°C to caramelize the sauce.
07 - Allow wings to cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
