Tomato Cucumber Mozzarella Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
02 - 1 large cucumber, sliced and halved
03 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
04 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - ΒΌ cup fresh basil, chopped or torn

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the halved tomatoes, cucumber slices, and mozzarella.
02 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
03 - Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh basil just before serving.
