Mix up your softened cream cheese with the sliced green onions in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste until it's just how you like it.

Grab a tortilla and lay it flat on your cutting board. Take half of that cream cheese mixture and spread it right to the edges - this will help everything stick together nicely.

Sprinkle some of that lettuce over the tortilla, then layer on 3 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese. Keep everything toward the left side, but leave a little space at the edge.

Starting from the left, roll everything up nice and tight. If you need a bit more cream cheese to seal the edge, go ahead and add it. Do the same thing with your second tortilla.

Cut each roll in half, then slice each half into 5 pieces. You can trim off the empty ends or save them for a snack. That's it - they're ready to pack or eat!
