Easy Turkey Cheddar Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spread

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 1 green onion, thinly sliced

→ Roll Ups

04 - 2 regular sized flour tortillas
05 - 6 slices deli turkey
06 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
07 - 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Mix up your softened cream cheese with the sliced green onions in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste until it's just how you like it.
02 - Grab a tortilla and lay it flat on your cutting board. Take half of that cream cheese mixture and spread it right to the edges - this will help everything stick together nicely.
03 - Sprinkle some of that lettuce over the tortilla, then layer on 3 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese. Keep everything toward the left side, but leave a little space at the edge.
04 - Starting from the left, roll everything up nice and tight. If you need a bit more cream cheese to seal the edge, go ahead and add it. Do the same thing with your second tortilla.
05 - Cut each roll in half, then slice each half into 5 pieces. You can trim off the empty ends or save them for a snack. That's it - they're ready to pack or eat!
