Zesty Tzatziki Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
02 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
05 - 4 cups mixed greens such as spinach, arugula, or romaine
06 - 1 medium cucumber, finely diced

→ Tzatziki Dressing

07 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
12 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
02 - In a large bowl, place the shredded chicken, finely diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
03 - Pour the prepared tzatziki dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Gently toss until all ingredients are thoroughly coated.
04 - Arrange mixed greens evenly across serving plates. Spoon the dressed chicken salad on top of the greens.
05 - Optionally garnish with extra dill or Kalamata olives. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill before serving.
