01 -
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Break it apart while cooking to ensure even browning. Once cooked through, drain excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning mix according to packet instructions. For additional flavor, add optional diced onions, jalapeños, or bell peppers at this stage.
02 -
Separate crescent roll dough into triangles and flatten each slightly. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center of each triangle, then add a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Fold the dough edges around the filling, pinching them together to form a sealed ball.
03 -
Set air fryer to 175°C (350°F) and preheat for 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking and optimal crispness.
04 -
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place taco bombs in the basket with space between each for air circulation. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the dough becomes golden brown and crispy. Cook in batches if necessary depending on air fryer size.
05 -
Carefully remove taco bombs from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Serve warm with favorite dipping sauces such as sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
