Alfredo Lasagna Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 small onion, diced.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 pound ground chicken or Italian sausage.
05 - 4 cups chicken broth.
06 - 2 cups heavy cream.
07 - 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce.
08 - 8 lasagna noodles, broken.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - Salt and black pepper.
11 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
13 - Fresh basil or parsley.
14 - Red pepper flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Brown chicken or sausage in oil, breaking into small pieces.
02 - Sauté onion and garlic with meat 3-4 minutes until translucent.
03 - Pour in broth, cream, marinara sauce and seasonings.
04 - Add broken lasagna noodles, simmer 10-12 minutes until tender.
05 - Stir in Parmesan until melted, then add mozzarella.
06 - Garnish with herbs and optional red pepper flakes.
