Copycat Applebee's Wonton Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
02 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

→ Asian Slaw

07 - 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
08 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Assembly

13 - 16 wonton wrappers
14 - Sweet chili sauce for serving
15 - Fresh cilantro for garnish
16 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil wonton wrappers and drape over baking dish edge. Bake 7-8 minutes, reshape while warm, then bake another 7-8 minutes until crispy.
02 - Mix diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in hot skillet for 7-8 minutes until cooked.
03 - Combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
04 - Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture, top with slaw, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts
02 - Chicken can be stored for 3-4 days in fridge or frozen up to 3 months
03 - Can use lettuce wraps instead of wontons for low-carb option
