Starbucks Bacon and Gruyere Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 whole eggs
02 - 6 tablespoons egg whites (or egg whites from 2 large eggs)
03 - 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
04 - ½ cup cottage cheese
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ¼ cup heavy cream
08 - 5 slices cooked bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Combine eggs, egg whites, gruyere cheese, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and 3 slices of crispy bacon in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
02 - Spray two silicone molds with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each mold two-thirds full with the egg mixture.
03 - Chop the remaining bacon slices and evenly distribute them among the molds.
04 - Cover the molds tightly with aluminum foil to create a sealed environment for steaming.
05 - Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and pour in 2 cups of water. Stack the molds on the trivet slightly offset to allow steam to circulate.
06 - Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining steam.
07 - Carefully remove the molds, let cool briefly, then release the egg bites. Serve immediately or store for later.
