Quick Bacon Wrapped Pesto Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 jar basil pesto
03 - 8 slices bacon
04 - 1/2 lemon
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat broiler on HIGH with rack 8-10 inches from top
02 - Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness, cut in half lengthwise, and season with salt and pepper
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each chicken strip and roll into pinwheels
04 - Wrap each pinwheel with bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed
05 - Place pinwheels on lined baking sheet and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top
06 - Broil for 7 minutes per side until bacon is brown and chicken is cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
