# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds salmon filet

08 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon honey
13 - 1 clove garlic, grated or minced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F
02 - Pat salmon dry, carefully remove skin, and cut into 1-1.5 inch chunks
03 - Mix mayonnaise with seasonings and garlic paste, then coat salmon chunks thoroughly
04 - Place seasoned salmon pieces on baking sheet 1-2 inches apart to ensure proper crisping
05 - Roast for 10 minutes, then broil 2-3 minutes until golden brown, watching carefully to prevent burning
06 - While salmon cooks, whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients
07 - Drizzle completed bang bang sauce over the cooked salmon bites and serve
