# Instructions:

01 - Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground beef. Break up meat while cooking and season with salt and pepper.
02 - Once beef is browned, add diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Add paprika and oregano, stirring to combine with meat and vegetables.
04 - Stir rice into the skillet, coating it thoroughly with the beef and vegetable mixture.
05 - Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat.
06 - Cover skillet and simmer for 18-20 minutes, until rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
