Easy Tuna Melt Bagel Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 bagels
02 - 290g tinned tuna (2 tins), drained
03 - 75g reduced-fat mayonnaise

→ Filling

04 - 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
05 - 340g tinned sweetcorn (1 tin), drained
06 - 150g mozzarella cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Slice your bagels in half and toast the outside under a medium grill until they're golden brown.
02 - In a large bowl, combine your drained tuna, sweetcorn, chopped red onion, and mayonnaise until well mixed.
03 - Divide the tuna mixture evenly between all the bagel halves, then top each with a generous sprinkle of grated mozzarella.
04 - Pop them back under the grill until the cheese gets all melty and golden brown on top.

01 - Can be made spicy with added chili sauce or flakes
02 - Works with any type of bread
