Cheesy Bloomin Onion Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound (400-450g) unsliced bread loaf
02 - 3.5 oz (100g) mature cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
03 - 3.5 oz (100g) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
04 - 1/3 cup (70g) butter, melted
05 - 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (4-5 onions)
06 - 2 teaspoons flax and sesame seeds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Make lengthwise and widthwise cuts in bread without cutting through bottom crust. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
03 - Combine chopped green onions with melted butter and seeds if using.
04 - Insert cheese slices between the bread cuts.
05 - Pour butter-onion mixture into bread cracks.
06 - Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
