Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 3 large Bosc pears
02 - 2 1/2 ounces Danish blue cheese, crumbled

→ Toppings

03 - 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
04 - 3 sprigs fresh thyme
05 - Flaky salt for garnish

→ Dressing

06 - 1-2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
08 - 1-2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Halve pears lengthwise, remove cores. Place cut-side up in skillet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Turn cut-side down.
02 - Bake pears at 400°F for 15 minutes.
03 - Turn pears cut-side up, fill with blue cheese, walnuts, and thyme. Bake 8-10 minutes more until cheese melts.
04 - Mix honey with Aleppo pepper. Drizzle over pears and garnish with flaky salt and extra thyme.
