Blue Christmas Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - White chocolate chips - 2 cups.
02 - Heavy cream - 2 tablespoons.
03 - Blue curacao liqueur - 2 tablespoons.
04 - Sanding sugar - 1/2 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave chocolate and cream in 30-second bursts at half power, stirring between each, until smooth.
02 - Stir blue curacao into melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
03 - Cover and refrigerate 2 hours until firm enough to roll.
04 - Roll mixture into small balls using a heaping teaspoon measure.
05 - Roll each ball in sanding sugar until covered. Place on lined baking sheet.
06 - Refrigerate 1 hour until firm. Keep stored in refrigerator.

# Notes:

01 - Add food coloring if deeper blue color desired.
02 - Keep refrigerated for best texture.
