Buffalo Chicken Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Buffalo Sauce

01 - ⅓ cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce
02 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
03 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced
04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Naan Pizzas

06 - 4 mini naan breads, original flavor
07 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
10 - 4 ounces ricotta cheese
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, optional
13 - Green onions, green parts only, thinly sliced, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic, honey, and salt until well combined.
03 - Spread about 2 teaspoons of buffalo sauce onto each naan and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the sauce and toss the remaining sauce with the shredded chicken.
04 - Top each naan with ½ cup buffalo chicken, ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, a few slices of red onion, and a 1-ounce dollop of ricotta cheese.
05 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the naan is crispy.
06 - Let the pizzas cool slightly before slicing. Serve with salt and pepper to taste, a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing, and a sprinkle of green onions, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Use rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked chicken breasts to save time. Leftover pizzas can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
