Cheesy Italian Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

01 - Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (1 pound)
02 - Salted butter, melted (3 tablespoons)
03 - Garlic powder (¼ teaspoon)
04 - Freshly cracked black pepper (½ teaspoon or more)
05 - Pecorino Romano cheese or parmesan, freshly grated (½ cup)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with melted butter, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange seasoned sprouts in basket and cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and continue cooking 3-5 minutes until golden and tender.
03 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread sprouts on a foil-lined, greased baking sheet. Roast 15-18 minutes until tender and browned. Top with cheese and broil 30-60 seconds until cheese is bubbly and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made in either air fryer or conventional oven.
02 - Both Pecorino Romano and Parmesan cheese work well in this recipe.
