Cheese-Stuffed Doritos Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
02 - 8 oz block cheddar cheese, cubed
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 2 large eggs, beaten
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
07 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, pulse the Doritos until finely crushed. Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish.
02 - Cut the cheddar cheese block into small, bite-sized cubes.
03 - Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with crushed Doritos combined with panko breadcrumbs.
04 - Coat each cheese cube in flour first, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally press into the Doritos-panko mixture until fully coated on all sides.
05 - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated cheese cubes in small batches until golden and crispy, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
06 - Remove fried cheese cubes and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately while hot and cheese is still melty inside.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, freeze the coated cheese cubes for 30 minutes before frying to prevent premature cheese melting.
02 - These make excellent appetizers or party snacks with a side of salsa or ranch dressing.
