Crispy Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
02 - Small onion, diced
03 - Garlic cloves, minced (2)
04 - Ground beef (1 pound)
05 - Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon)
06 - Ketchup (1 tablespoon)
07 - Garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
08 - Onion powder (¼ teaspoon)
09 - Smoked paprika (¼ teaspoon)
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)

→ For Assembly

12 - Package of egg roll wrappers
13 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until softened.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook and crumble until no longer pink. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings.
03 - Transfer meat mixture to a bowl and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
04 - Wet the edges of each egg roll wrapper, place meat filling in the center, and fold in the edges to seal.
05 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

01 - Best served immediately while hot and crispy
02 - Can be served with additional dipping sauces
03 - Make sure to seal edges well to prevent filling from leaking
