Turn oven on to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with some oil.

Put a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chopped onions until they get soft.

Add ground beef to the onions. Break it up while it cooks until no pink shows. Drain off the extra fat.

Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the meat mixture.

Put the meat in the pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs in a bowl. Pour over the meat and cheese.

Put in oven for 20-25 minutes until a knife comes out clean when you check the middle.
