Ganache Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Brownie mix for 8x8-inch pan

→ Topping

02 - Fresh strawberries, stems removed and halved (1 pound)

→ Chocolate Ganache

03 - Semi-sweet chocolate chips (1½ cups)
04 - Heavy cream (¾ to 1 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare and bake brownie mix in an 8x8-inch baking dish according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
02 - Halve the strawberries lengthwise and arrange them in a single layer on top of the cooled brownies, cut side up.
03 - Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 25-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until mixture becomes smooth and glossy. Be careful not to overheat.
04 - Pour the warm ganache evenly over the strawberries, making sure to cover them completely.
05 - Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until ganache sets but remains slightly soft. Slice and serve within 24 hours.

01 - Best consumed within one day as strawberries will release moisture
02 - Can substitute raspberries or blueberries for strawberries
