Easy Churro Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Cinnamon Sugar

01 - Granulated sugar (½ cup)
02 - Ground cinnamon (2 tablespoons)

→ For Cheesecake Filling

03 - Cream cheese, softened (2 8-ounce packages)
04 - Granulated sugar (½ cup)
05 - Egg (1)
06 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

→ For Crust

07 - Pillsbury crescent dough sheets (2 8-ounce cans)
08 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl, set aside.
02 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
03 - Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture in bottom. Place first sheet of trimmed crescent dough over sugar.
04 - Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Top with second trimmed crescent sheet. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
05 - Bake for about 30 minutes until light brown. Cool before serving.

01 - Can use regular crescent rolls, pinching seams together
02 - Use room temperature ingredients for smooth filling
03 - Stores in fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months
