Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl, set aside.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture in bottom. Place first sheet of trimmed crescent dough over sugar.

Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Top with second trimmed crescent sheet. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.

Bake for about 30 minutes until light brown. Cool before serving.
