# Ingredients:

01 - 250 grams all-purpose flour
02 - 15 milliliters fine salt
03 - 15 milliliters ground black pepper
04 - 15 milliliters sweet paprika
05 - 5 milliliters dried thyme
06 - 5 milliliters dried basil
07 - 5 milliliters dried oregano
08 - 5 milliliters garlic powder
09 - 5 milliliters onion powder
10 - 5 milliliters monosodium glutamate (optional)
11 - 2.5 milliliters ground cayenne pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, fine salt, ground black pepper, sweet paprika, dried thyme, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, monosodium glutamate if using, and ground cayenne pepper.
02 - Whisk all ingredients together until the mixture appears uniform and no clumps remain.
03 - Fry a sample of chicken coated with approximately 15 milliliters of seasoning blend mixed into flour to check flavor balance. Adjust spices if desired.
04 - Pour the fully mixed seasoning blend into an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
05 - For coating chicken or other proteins, use approximately 15 milliliters of seasoning blend for every 125 grams of flour for dredging or batter preparation.
