# Ingredients:

01 - Large eggs, separated (3)
02 - Cottage cheese, blended until smooth (½ cup)
03 - Cream of tartar (¼ teaspoon)
04 - Salt (½ teaspoon)
05 - Cornstarch or arrowroot powder (1 tablespoon, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks, smooth blended cottage cheese, salt, and cornstarch (if using) until well mixed.
04 - Carefully fold whipped egg whites into yolk mixture in batches, maintaining as much air as possible.
05 - Form mixture into 6 even mounds on prepared baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
06 - Let cool briefly before serving.
