Cranberry Brie Crostini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 baguette (12 oz).
02 - 5-6 ounces brie cheese.
03 - 1-2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail.
05 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
06 - 1 package (12 oz) fresh cranberries.
07 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
08 - 1 apple, small diced.
09 - 1/2 cup golden raisins.
10 - 1 orange, zested.
11 - Dash of cinnamon.
12 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
13 - Rosemary sprigs for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all chutney ingredients except pecans. Boil until cranberries pop, then simmer 15 minutes until thick. Cool completely.
02 - Heat oven to 375°F. Slice baguette diagonally, brush with olive oil.
03 - Place brie slices on bread pieces.
04 - Cook 5-7 minutes until brie melts.
05 - Top with chutney, pecans, orange zest and rosemary. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Best served immediately while brie is warm.
02 - Chutney can be made 1-2 days ahead.
03 - Can serve chutney on side for guest preference.
