Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
04 - 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Cut puff pastry into squares. Add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture to each square.
04 - Fold pastry over to form triangles and seal edges with a fork.
05 - Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
