In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spatula.

Add shredded cheddar cheese, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and jalapeños to the bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
